By using 10gbet's website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. Please read this document in full before using 10gbet for the first time.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 10gbet and you. If any part is unclear, contact our customer support — we'll walk you through it in plain language.

10gbet is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. Our services are available only to adults in countries where online betting is legally permitted.

To open an account with 10gbet, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older must be.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• Each person only One Account you can open. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Opening an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

10gbet reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. If discrepancies in account information are found after registration, the account may be suspended or permanently closed.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 10gbet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match is abandoned or a technical error occurs.
• Pre-match bets placed before a match begins are automatically confirmed once the match kicks off.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• 10gbet sets the maximum bet amount per event, and this is subject to change.
• If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or takes place more than 36 hours after the scheduled time, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

10gbet reserves the right to review bets if unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected. If arbitrage betting or bonus abuse is confirmed, the associated winnings will be voided.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits at 10gbet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.

• Deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳ 500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits will not be accepted and any such payments will be returned.
• Deposits in multiple currencies are not supported. Transactions are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees in accordance with their policy.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals at 10gbet:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳ 500.
• Processing Time: Typically 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your account tier.

10gbet reserves the right to review suspicious withdrawal requests. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified and the withdrawal will be placed on hold.

10gbet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are communicated before the bonus is claimed.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, on the first deposit. The same person cannot claim this bonus more than once.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete the specified wagering requirement — typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Winnings from bonuses may be restricted to use on specific sports or markets.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed (multiple accounts, arbitrage, fake bets), the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• 10gbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 10gbet:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Arbitrage betting or systematically attempting to profit from odds differences.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Attempting to access or compromise the system through hacking, phishing, or any other technical means.
• Stealing or using another member's account credentials.
• Money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or threatening other members.

10gbet may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious betting patterns or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• At the member's own request.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (subject to completed wagering requirements) can be withdrawn. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.

Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee after 36 months, charged at ৳100 per month or the available account balance, whichever is lower.

10gbet believes betting is for entertainment — not hardship. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• Bet Limit: You have the option to set your own maximum bet amount for a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break of 24 hours up to 30 days can be taken.

• Reality Check: A notification showing how long your current session has been active will appear after a set period of time.
